Description

A delicious dessert combining soft cookie dough and rich brownie, wrapped in melted chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 package fudge brownie mix, baked and cooled
  • 1 package Candiquik or chocolate almond bark
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
  2. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt, stirring until a soft dough forms. Fold in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the cookie dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Cut cooled brownies into small squares, flatten each brownie square, and wrap it around a frozen cookie dough ball, ensuring it is completely enclosed. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the Candiquik or almond bark in the microwave. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and sprinkle with remaining miniature chocolate chips.
  6. Chill the brownie bombs in the fridge until firm.

Notes

Store leftover brownie bombs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for a couple of months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
