Description

A delicious dessert that combines rich and creamy cheesecake with sweet chocolate bites, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker or chocolate crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix at medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs and mix until just combined.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the premade crust and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  8. Slice into 8-10 servings and enjoy your Chocolate Chip Cheesecake!

Notes

Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or additional mini chocolate chips. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
