Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake and sweet chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker or chocolate crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and mix at medium speed with a hand mixer until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs and mix until just combined.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup of the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the premade crust and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  7. Allow the cheesecake to cool on the counter, then cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  8. Slice into 8-10 servings and serve chilled.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce for extra sweetness. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
