Description

A delightful blend of rich, creamy cheesecake and sweet chocolate chips, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker or chocolate crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix at medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add eggs and mix until just combined. Stir in 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the premade crust and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the top.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow to cool on the counter, then cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  5. Slice into 8-10 servings and serve plain or with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, or garnish with fresh berries.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter. Do not over-mix after adding eggs to prevent cracking.
