A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate and cherries, served in individual jars.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup (45 grams) dark chocolate (for crumble)
- 1/3 cup (35 grams) gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (40 grams) nuts (cashews, walnuts) or seeds, or additional rolled oats
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1–2 tbsp almond or cashew butter (or coconut oil)
- Pinch of salt
- 4 gluten-free digestive biscuits or graham cookies (for crumble)
- 2 cups vegan whipped cream (for cherry cream)
- 1/4 cup cherry marmalade or jam
- 1/2 cup fresh cherries
- Dark chocolate for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the cookie crumble by blending dark chocolate, rolled oats, nuts, maple syrup, almond butter, and salt in a food processor until crumbly.
- If using cookies, crush them and mix with melted dark chocolate, maple syrup, and almond butter.
- In a bowl, mix vegan whipped cream with cherry marmalade until well combined.
- Chop fresh cherries, saving two for decoration.
- Assemble the jars by adding layers of chocolate crumble, chopped cherries, and cherry cream until full.
- Decorate with extra cherry cream, whole cherries, and dark chocolate shavings.
- Chill for 30 minutes if desired before serving.

Great for parties and as gifts. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
