Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.
  2. Crush the Oreos and mix with melted butter, then press into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth. Melt the baking chocolate and add it to the mixture. Mix in the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the filling into the crust. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F without opening the oven door.
  5. Let it cool in the oven for 5-6 hours, then chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Optional toppings include whipped cream or chocolate ganache. Best served chilled.
