Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies until finely ground. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Incorporate the melted baking chocolate.
  4. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and tap to remove air bubbles.
  6. Bake for 1 hour without opening the oven door.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside for 5-6 hours.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator and remove the springform ring before serving.

Serve chilled with toppings like whipped cream or berries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
