- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Crush the Oreo cookies until finely ground. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Incorporate the melted baking chocolate.
- Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 1 hour without opening the oven door.
- Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside for 5-6 hours.
- Chill in the refrigerator and remove the springform ring before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with toppings like whipped cream or berries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
