- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Press the crushed chocolate cookies mixed with melted butter into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth to create the cheesecake filling. Pour this mixture over the crust.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes or until the filling is set. Allow the bars to chill before slicing into squares.
Notes
Serve chilled with whipped cream or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days, or freeze for 2-3 months.
