- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 4–5 Twix bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (for chocolate ganache)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
- In another large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring you mix well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
- Pour this cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Once baked, let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce, chopped Twix bars, and a chocolate ganache made by melting chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of heavy cream.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider using homemade caramel sauce. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth mixture.
