Chocolate Cake with Strawberry

Description

A rich and soft chocolate cake filled with creamy strawberry goodness and topped with shiny chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 1 cup of chocolate powder
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 100g of chopped white chocolate
  • 1 box of chopped strawberries
  • 200g of chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy.
  2. Add the oil and warm milk, mixing until combined.
  3. Sift in the flour and chocolate powder, mixing gently to combine.
  4. Add the baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
  6. In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, sour cream, butter, and chopped white chocolate, cooking over low heat until thickened.
  7. After cooling, fold in the chopped strawberries and mix well.
  8. Melt the dark chocolate and mix with cream to form a shiny ganache.
  9. Cut the cake in half horizontally, fill with strawberry cream, and cover the top and sides with chocolate ganache.
  10. Decorate with whole strawberries before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, and refrigerate for a week. Allow to sit at room temperature before serving.
