Chocolate Cake with Strawberry

Description

A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate flavor with fresh strawberries, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 1 cup of chocolate powder
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 100g of chopped white chocolate
  • 1 box of chopped strawberries
  • 200g of chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until it becomes a cute cream.
  2. Add oil and warm milk, mixing well.
  3. Sift in the flour and chocolate powder, incorporating gently.
  4. Add the baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased form and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes.
  6. In a pan, combine the condensed milk, sour cream, butter, and white chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  7. After cooling, add the chopped strawberries and mix.
  8. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler and mix with cream until it forms a shiny ganache.
  9. Cut the cake in half and stuff it with the strawberry filling.
  10. Cover the top and sides with chocolate ganache and decorate with whole strawberries on top.

Notes

Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled; pairs well with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
