A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate flavor with fresh strawberries, perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1 cup of chocolate powder
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 100g of chopped white chocolate
- 1 box of chopped strawberries
- 200g of chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until it becomes a cute cream.
- Add oil and warm milk, mixing well.
- Sift in the flour and chocolate powder, incorporating gently.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased form and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes.
- In a pan, combine the condensed milk, sour cream, butter, and white chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- After cooling, add the chopped strawberries and mix.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler and mix with cream until it forms a shiny ganache.
- Cut the cake in half and stuff it with the strawberry filling.
- Cover the top and sides with chocolate ganache and decorate with whole strawberries on top.
Notes
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled; pairs well with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
