Chocolate Cake with Strawberry

Description

A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate flavor with fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 1 cup of chocolate powder
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 100g of chopped white chocolate
  • 1 box of chopped strawberries
  • 200g of chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until creamy.
  2. Add oil and warm milk, mixing well.
  3. Sift in flour and chocolate powder, folding gently.
  4. Add baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Pour batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
  6. In a pan, combine condensed milk, sour cream, butter, and white chocolate. Cook on low heat until thickened.
  7. After cooling, mix in chopped strawberries.
  8. Melt dark chocolate and mix with cream to form ganache.
  9. Cut the baked cake in half, fill with strawberry cream, and cover with chocolate ganache. Decorate with whole strawberries.

Notes

Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
