Chocolate Cake with Strawberries

Description

A delightful chocolate cake layered with fresh strawberries and creamy filling, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 1 cup of cocoa powder
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 box of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 100g of chopped white chocolate
  • 1 box of chopped strawberries
  • 200g of chopped semisweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until a fluffy cream forms.
  2. Add the oil and warm milk, mixing well.
  3. Sift the flour and cocoa powder, incorporating gently.
  4. Add the baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
  6. In a saucepan, place the condensed milk, cream, butter, and white chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  7. After the mixture cools, add the chopped strawberries and mix.
  8. Melt the semisweet chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Mix with the cream until it forms a glossy cream.
  9. Cut the cake in half and fill it with the strawberry cream. Cover the cake with the chocolate ganache. Decorate with whole strawberries on top.

Notes

For a lighter cake, beat the eggs and sugar well. Use warmed milk and room temperature ingredients for best results.
