A delightful chocolate cake layered with fresh strawberries and creamy filling, perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 box of cream
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 100g of chopped white chocolate
- 1 box of chopped strawberries
- 200g of chopped semisweet chocolate
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until a fluffy cream forms.
- Add the oil and warm milk, mixing well.
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder, incorporating gently.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
- In a saucepan, place the condensed milk, cream, butter, and white chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- After the mixture cools, add the chopped strawberries and mix.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Mix with the cream until it forms a glossy cream.
- Cut the cake in half and fill it with the strawberry cream. Cover the cake with the chocolate ganache. Decorate with whole strawberries on top.
Notes
For a lighter cake, beat the eggs and sugar well. Use warmed milk and room temperature ingredients for best results.
