Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 80 ml oil
- 200 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Cream filling (whipped cream or pastry cream)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour two round cake pans.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Gradually add milk and oil, mixing well.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder; fold into the wet mixture.
- Divide the batter between the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool, then slice each cake in half horizontally.
- Spread cream filling between layers and on top of the cake.
- Decorate as desired and serve.
Notes
Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap slices in plastic wrap and store for up to 2 months.
