Description
A rich and moist chocolate cake, perfect for birthdays and celebrations, or as a sweet treat!
Ingredients

- 2 cups of Wheat Flour
- 100 g of Dark or Milk Chocolate
- 1 cup of Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup of Milk
- 200 g of Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp. of Cocoa
- 2 tbsp. of Vanilla
- 1 tsp. of Baking Powder
- Melted Chocolate for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a double boiler, melt the dark or milk chocolate with the butter.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the eggs and sugar.
- Mix in the vanilla, cocoa, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the flour, alternating with the milk, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a previously floured baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once baked, cut the cake in half horizontally and add melted chocolate to taste.
- Decorate the top with plenty of melted chocolate and any decorations you like.
Notes
Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for best results. Don’t overmix the batter.
