Description

A classic, rich, and moist chocolate cake perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 100 g of dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 200 g of butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate and butter mixture with the sugar, mixing well.
  4. Add the milk and blend until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before serving.

Notes

Serve plain or with powdered sugar, ice cream, or whipped cream. Store at room temperature for 2-3 days, in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
