Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix box
  • Eggs, oil, water (as instructed on the box)
  • 1 cup thick cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the cake mixture according to the instructions on the box.
  2. Bake in a greased round mold and let cool.
  3. Mix marshmallow fluff, corn starch, and water until soft.
  4. Beat the thick cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until you get firm peaks.
  5. Cut the cake into two layers.
  6. Spread the marshmallow filling and a layer of whipped cream on the bottom layer.
  7. Melt butter and chocolate chips to make a silky ganache.
  8. Pour the ganache on the top cake layer and let it cascade down the sides.

Notes
