- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Chocolate shavings
- 1 chocolate truffle
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish, and bake for about 10 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with cocoa powder until stiff peaks form. Gently spread the whipped cream over the chilled mousse layer.

Notes
