- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

- 1 chocolate truffle
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for about 10 minutes and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until combined. Pour this mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with cocoa powder until stiff peaks form. Gently spread the whipped cream over the chilled mousse layer.
- Top with chocolate shavings and place a chocolate truffle on the whipped cream. Chill for an additional hour before serving.
Notes
For a lighter mousse, you can fold in some whipped cream instead of mixing it fully. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
