- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well blended.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake ice cream mixture over the cooled crust.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
