- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well blended. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and freeze while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Stir in melted chocolate chips and cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake ice cream mixture over the chilled crust, smooth the top with a spatula, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Before serving, drizzle chocolate sauce over the top, add whipped cream, and sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs.
Notes
For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of regular ones. For a fruity twist, add crushed raspberries or strawberries into the cheesecake mixture before freezing.
