Ingredients

  • Zest and juice of 2 limes

  • 1 large avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill or cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Let the chicken rest before slicing.
