Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Taco shells
- Strawberries
- Onion
- Lime juice
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Allow the chicken to rest before slicing.
- For the strawberry salsa, chop strawberries and onion. Mix them with lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the sliced chicken in taco shells and top with the strawberry salsa.
Notes
Serve with avocado or sour cream, and lime wedges on the side for added flavor.
