- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 2 limes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Tortillas

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and chili powder.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, coating them well. Let the chicken sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the chicken in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
For extra kick, add more chili powder or diced jalapeños to the marinade. Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
