Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of sautéed spinach or vegetables.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the chicken; use a meat thermometer to check that it reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking for juiciness. Feel free to add spinach or mushrooms for a Florentine twist.
