Description

A delicious and easy meal combining grilled chicken, fresh romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Tortillas
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Allow the chicken to rest and then slice.
  5. On a tortilla, layer romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Wrap it tightly and slice in half.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Serve with extra Caesar dressing for dipping.
