Instructions

  4. Pour in vegetable broth until it partially covers the chicken.
  5. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add broccoli to the pan, ensuring it is submerged in the liquid.
  7. Cover again and cook until the broccoli is done, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and serve. For a creamier texture, you can add a touch of skimmed cheese to the broth before serving.

Notes

For a crunchier texture, steam the broccoli separately and add it just before serving.
