Instructions

- Pour in vegetable broth until it partially covers the chicken.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes.
- Add broccoli to the pan, ensuring it is submerged in the liquid.
- Cover again and cook until the broccoli is done, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve. For a creamier texture, you can add a touch of skimmed cheese to the broth before serving.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, steam the broccoli separately and add it just before serving.
