  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, bell peppers, and onion. Cook until the chicken is browned and the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  6. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
