- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, bell peppers, and onion. Cook until the chicken is browned and the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
