Description

Delicious and satisfying burritos combining tender shredded chicken, creamy avocado, and ranch dressing wrapped in flour tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, Ranch dressing, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay out a flour tortilla and place a generous amount of the chicken avocado mixture in the center.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to create a burrito.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a lunch on the go.

Notes

You can customize the filling with additional ingredients like black beans or corn. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
