Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, Ranch dressing, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay out a flour tortilla and place a generous amount of the chicken avocado mixture in the center.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to create a burrito.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a lunch on the go.
Notes
You can customize the filling with additional ingredients like black beans or corn. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
