A delicious twist on classic garlic bread, featuring creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and melted cheese.

- 1 large French baguette or Italian loaf, halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter and mix it with the minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the cut sides of the bread halves and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over each bread half. Top with the diced or shredded chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Generously cover the chicken with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For an extra golden top, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh and warm. Can be served as an appetizer, side dish, or main course.
