- 4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 packages cream cheese (8 oz each), at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 box graham crackers
- 3 cans cherry pie filling (21 oz cans)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream and 1 cup of powdered sugar until thick and stiff.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Lay out a layer of graham crackers in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, spread a layer of cheesecake filling, add a can of cherry filling, and repeat the layers.
- Spread the final layer of cheesecake filling on top, then wrap the dish and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Before serving, top with the last can of cherry pie filling.
Notes
Use cold heavy cream for better whipped cream consistency. Cream cheese should be at room temperature for easy mixing.
