  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry juice (from the maraschino cherries)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, continuing to beat until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the chopped maraschino cherries and cherry juice, mixing gently.
  5. Transfer the cheesecake fluff to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and sugar on top for a little crunch (optional).
