- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups maraschino cherries, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry juice (from the maraschino cherries)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for topping)
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, continuing to beat until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add in the chopped maraschino cherries and cherry juice, mixing gently.
- Transfer the cheesecake fluff to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and sugar on top for a little crunch (optional).
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
