- 4 plain bagels, halved
- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed from frozen)
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, spinach, and chopped artichokes until creamy.
- Lay bagel halves on a baking sheet. Spoon spinach-artichoke mixture onto each.
- Top each bagel with shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easy mixing. For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes. Can be topped with feta cheese for added taste.
