Ingredients
Scale

- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 oz rotini or any pasta of choice
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add rotini and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil (if needed) and brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

- Mix cooked pasta into the beef sauce until fully coated.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and cover the skillet. Let sit for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts, or place under the broiler.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon, diced tomatoes, or bell peppers. You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
