Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans crescent dough (8 oz each)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto the baking sheet, separating the dough into triangles.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each crescent triangle.
- Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end, and tuck the sides in to create a pocket.
- Arrange the filled crescent rolls on the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, you can sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top before baking. Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time or substitute chicken with cooked mushrooms for a vegetarian version.
