Description

Delicious bites of gooey cheese and savory pepperoni wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough, perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate each biscuit and flatten each piece slightly to form a small circle.
  3. Place a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Carefully fold the dough edges up and around the filling to form a ball and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush each dough ball with the seasoned butter mixture.
  6. Arrange the pizza bombs on the baking sheet with the sealed side down and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Brush tops with extra melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese for an extra golden touch.
