- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate each biscuit and flatten each piece slightly to form a small circle.
- Place a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.
- Carefully fold the dough edges up and around the filling to form a ball and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush each dough ball with the seasoned butter mixture.
- Arrange the pizza bombs on the baking sheet with the sealed side down and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Brush tops with extra melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese for an extra golden touch.
