A delicious combination of juicy steak bites served over creamy linguine pasta, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add half of the steak cubes and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from skillet and set aside. Repeat with remaining steak and butter.
  3. While the steak is cooking, prepare the linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente, drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt 6 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Romano cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Season sauce with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then add cooked linguine and toss to coat.
  7. Serve the creamy linguine on plates and top with seared steak bites. Enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with fresh parsley or extra cheese. Pairs well with a crisp salad or garlic bread.
