Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 6 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add half of the steak cubes and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from skillet and set aside. Repeat with remaining steak and butter.
- While the steak is cooking, prepare the linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 6 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Romano cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season sauce with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then add cooked linguine and toss to coat.
- Serve the creamy linguine on plates and top with seared steak bites. Enjoy!
Notes
