Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Brush this mixture over the flatbread.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top of the flatbread.
  4. Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
  5. Once done, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding spices like Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes to the butter mixture. Different cheeses or toppings like bacon or olives can also be used.
