A delightful and easy-to-make cheesy garlic flatbread that’s perfect for any occasion.

- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza dough
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Optional: pinch of salt & red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt if using.
- Place the flatbread in the lined baking dish and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Top the flatbread with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Serve warm and consider pairing it with marinara sauce or a fresh salad.
