Description

A delightful and easy-to-make cheesy garlic flatbread that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Optional: pinch of salt & red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt if using.
  3. Place the flatbread in the lined baking dish and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Top the flatbread with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
