- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Scoop a generous spoonful of the creamy chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each crescent from the wide end towards the tip, tucking the filling in as you go. Place each roll seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush each roll with melted butter.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and fully baked. Serve with a side of ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for even quicker preparation. Experiment with different cheeses for unique flavors.
