  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, milk, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the rice mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring the rice is well distributed.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
