Ingredients

- 1 large cauliflower head
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, or a mix)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower head into thick slices to form ‘steaks’.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each steak.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Choose fresh cauliflower for best results; experiment with different cheeses for unique flavors.
