- 1 ground beef patty (4–6 oz)
- 2 slices Colby Jack or cheddar cheese
- 1 small russet potato, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup carrot sticks
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss potato wedges and carrots in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast in an oven set to 400°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Add the broccoli to the roasting tray halfway through the cooking time, or sauté it separately with olive oil and salt until slightly charred.
- Cook the ground beef patty in a skillet over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the patty is still hot, place cheese slices on top and cover for about 1 minute to allow it to melt.
- Serve your cheesy patty alongside the crispy roasted veggies and potatoes for a complete meal.
