Description

A hearty and flavorful dish featuring a juicy beef patty topped with gooey cheese, paired with crispy roasted veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 ground beef patty (46 oz)
  • 2 slices Colby Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1 small russet potato, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup carrot sticks
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss potato wedges and carrots in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast in an oven set to 400°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Add the broccoli to the roasting tray halfway through the cooking time, or sauté it separately with olive oil and salt until slightly charred.
  3. Cook the ground beef patty in a skillet over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. While the patty is still hot, place cheese slices on top and cover for about 1 minute to allow it to melt.
  5. Serve your cheesy patty alongside the crispy roasted veggies and potatoes for a complete meal.
