Description

A delicious and comforting dish featuring bowtie pasta, ground beef, and creamy cheese in a delightful garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the butter and stir until it melts.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, then add the cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Stir until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
  6. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well to coat with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. Can substitute ground turkey for beef for variation.
