- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the butter and stir until it melts.
- Pour in the heavy cream, then add the cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Stir until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well to coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. Can substitute ground turkey for beef for variation.
