Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk (or cream) until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, and diced bell peppers.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or quiche dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
