Description

Delicious and easy Chicken Parmesan wrapped in tortillas, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier option.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, marinara sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  2. Take a tortilla and spoon the filling onto the bottom third. Roll it up tightly, making sure to fold in the sides to prevent spills.
  3. Lightly spray the wraps with olive oil. Place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until they become golden and crispy.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
