Delicious and easy Chicken Parmesan wrapped in tortillas, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier option.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
- 1 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, marinara sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Take a tortilla and spoon the filling onto the bottom third. Roll it up tightly, making sure to fold in the sides to prevent spills.
- Lightly spray the wraps with olive oil. Place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until they become golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
