Description

A delightful cheesecake combining creamy goodness with colorful chocolates, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 190 g cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 14 g gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water (for gelatin)
  • 1 cup colorful chocolates
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Base (optional): Mix biscuits with butter, press into a mold (18 cm / 7 inch or 20 cm / 8 inch deep cake pan), and refrigerate.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. Then, dissolve it in the microwave in small bursts.
  3. In a blender, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and the dissolved gelatin. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the mold and sprinkle the colorful chocolates on top. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Consider freezing if you want the chocolates to spread out.
  5. Once set, unmold the cheesecake, decorate it with more chocolates, and enjoy!

Notes

For a crunchier base, add some nuts to the crushed cookies. Use any type of chocolate you like. For a richer flavor, consider adding cocoa powder.
