Description

A delightful no-bake cheesecake combining creamy texture with colorful chocolates, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 190 g cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 14 g gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup colorful chocolates
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter, press into the bottom of an 18 cm or 20 cm cake pan, and refrigerate to set.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then dissolve it in the microwave in bursts.
  3. Combine cream cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and dissolved gelatin in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared mold and sprinkle colorful chocolates on top, freezing in layers if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for 240 minutes to set, then unmold, decorate, and serve!

Notes

For a firmer cheesecake, add more gelatin. Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending.
