Description

A delightful no-bake cheesecake made creamy with a flavorful blend of chocolates, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 190 g cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 14 g gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water (for gelatin)
  • 1 cup colorful chocolates
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press the mixture into a mold. Refrigerate to set.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes to bloom, then dissolve in the microwave.
  3. Blend cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and dissolved gelatin until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and add colorful chocolates on top. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. Once set, carefully unmold the cheesecake and decorate with more chocolates.

Notes

Serve chilled with fresh fruits and a dollop of whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
